Module 1 Understanding Stress.
On successful completion of this module the candidate will be able to:

Define stress and summarise the physical, emotional, mental and behavioural effects is has on people

LO2   Differentiate between Type A and Type B personality patterns
 

Module 2 - The Stress Response.
On successful completion of this module the candidate will be able to:

Explain what Homeostasis refers to and interpret the perception of stress that is assimilated in the brain

 

Module 3 - Basic Anatomy and Physiology.
On successful completion of this module the candidate will be able to:

LO2   Examine the special senses and briefly explain the make up or characteristics of each
 

Module 4 - Symptoms of Stress.
On successful completion of this module the candidate will be able to:

Module 5 - Understanding the Coping Process.

Module 6 - Managing Stress Skills and Techniques.

Module 8 - Nutrition and its Role in Managing Stress.

Module 9 - Defining Self-Concept and Self-Esteem.

Module 10 - Goal Setting and Time Management.
On successful completion of this module the candidate will be able to:
